Tracking your order
Every order is tracked from our lab to your mailbox. Here is how to follow it.
You can follow the progress of your delivery using the tracking number in the shipping confirmation e-mail we sent you when your order was dispatched.
Track with USPS
Deliveries within the United States are handled by USPS, and your tracking number works at the USPS website. Early in its journey your parcel may show tracking events from our international carrier before USPS records its first scan.
No scans yet?A parcel can take a day or two to record its first scan, and tracking often goes quiet while it clears customs. If it has been longer than the estimate on our delivery times page, tell us and we'll chase it.
