Cancellations or Order Changes
You can cancel or change your order prior to lens fitting and normally within 1 working day of your order being placed.
If you wish to cancel or change your order please contact us and our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
Once your order has been shipped (when your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email) it is no longer possible to change your order.
We're confident that our quality assurance procedures and attention to detail will mean that you'll be very happy with your new pair of glasses and, if appropriate, that the prescriptions details entered on your order will be accurate.
Nevertheless, if for some reason you're not entirely happy you are entitled to a no questions asked refund when you return your glasses within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Returns Policy.
