On average, the following guidelines apply. Shipping time depends on the type of lens. We are always working to shorten these times where we can do so without compromising quality.
Fashion Orders and Frame Only Orders
Ships within 1-4 working days
Single Vision Prescription and Readers (OTC) Frames
Ships within 3-7 working days
Multifocal Frames and Complex prescriptions
Ships within 7-12 working days
Frames with Tints added
Allow three additional working days.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive email confirmation and, in the unlikely event that your order is delayed, our customer service team will keep you updated with a revised delivery schedule.
Your order dispatch e-mail will contain a tracking number which you can use to follow the progress of your order up to its arrival.
