The Easy Optical guarantee
We're confident that our quality assurance procedures and attention to detail will mean that you'll be very happy with your new pair of glasses and, if appropriate, that the prescription details entered on your order will be accurate.
Nevertheless, if for some reason you're not 100% happy we offer a no questions asked refund.
All you have to do is contact us by e-mail or telephone and return your glasses to us within 30 days of the shipped date in order to take advantage of our 100% guarantee. See our returns policy for the full detail, including how order-specific lenses are treated.
12 months warranty
In the case of a manufacturing fault with the frames, we offer a 12 months replacement warranty on our frames. Just contact us by e-mail or call us and we'll take care of the rest.
