Turning cookies on
Google Chrome
- Open the menu at the top right and choose Settings.
- Select Privacy and security, then Third-party cookies.
- Make sure cookies are not blocked. If you prefer to keep blocking them generally, add easyoptical.com under Sites allowed to use third-party cookies.
- Return to the site and reload the page.
Safari — Mac
- From the Safari menu, choose Settings.
- Open the Privacy tab.
- Make sure Block all cookies is unticked.
- Return to the site and reload the page.
Safari — iPhone and iPad
- Open Settings, then scroll down and tap Apps, then Safari.
- Under Privacy & Security, turn Block All Cookies off.
- Return to Safari and reload the page.
Mozilla Firefox
- Open the menu at the top right and choose Settings.
- Select Privacy & Security.
- Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, choose Standard, or add an exception for easyoptical.com.
- Return to the site and reload the page.
Microsoft Edge
- Open the menu at the top right and choose Settings.
- Select Cookies and site permissions, then Manage and delete cookies and site data.
- Turn on Allow sites to save and read cookie data.
- Return to the site and reload the page.
Android — Chrome
- Tap the menu at the top right and choose Settings.
- Tap Site settings, then Third-party cookies.
- Choose Allow third-party cookies, or add easyoptical.com as an allowed site.
- Return to the site and reload the page.
Private or incognito windowsThese usually clear cookies when you close the window, which can empty your basket. If something is not sticking, try an ordinary window.
